Mr. Elliott practices in the areas of elder law, including estate planning, as well as planning for nursing home care and other long-term care.

Born Mount Pleasant, Michigan, February 17, 1951; admitted to bar, 1976, Indiana.

Education: Albion College (B.A., 1973); University of Michigan (J.D., 1975). Education Honorary Organization: Phi Beta Kappa; Omicron Delta Epsilon (Economics).

Legal Memberships: La Porte City, La Porte County, Indiana State and American Bar Associations. Also, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

Public Service: Presently on La Porte City Park and Recreation Board and La Porte County Babe Ruth Baseball Board of Directors. Also, presently a Volunteer Attorney for the Guardianship program of the La Porte County Council on Aging. Past Board Member of Habitat for Humanity, and PAF (Parents and Friends of the Handicapped).
